REID SULLIVAN

Cheif Financial Officer
Reid Sullivan is the Chief Financial Officer for CBS Films, a division of the CBS Corporation.
Sullivan joined CBS from First Look Studios, where as CFO he oversaw finance operations for the independent studio, its subsidiary, First Look Home Entertainment, and the company’s key operating divisions in television, film and branded content.

Previously, Sullivan was CFO for six years with Village Roadshow Pictures Entertainment, where he developed a credit line of $1.4 billion to co-finance films with major studios. During his tenure, Village produced over 40 films including "The Matrix Reloaded," "Ocean's Eleven" and "Ocean's Twelve," "Miss Congeniality" and "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory."

Prior to joining Village, Sullivan spent eight years with Sony Pictures Entertainment, serving as vice president and controller for Columbia TriStar Film Distributors International, and director of financial operations for Columbia Pictures. He started his career in 1985 with the accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Co.

Sullivan is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
